hey there. welcome to the plot page of one mister peter pettigrew. you might have seen him around the school from time to time, trailing along behind james and sirius like a little lost puppy but i wouldn't mention it to him if i were you. although he hero-worships them, remus as well for that matter, he doesn't like being reminded of that fact he's a tag-along. he is already acutely aware that he isn't as daring, or interesting, or handsome, or talented as his friends and likes to downplay that as much as possible. to him, he somehow hit the jackpot and wants it to stay that way forever. he's a pretty helpless student and not the favourite of a lot of the teachers, in particular mcgonagall, but on occasion he does try. if he really wants something he'll work for it and achieve his goal, i mean, he didn't get to being wormtail by slacking off. it might have taken him longer but he still did it. he hates the idea of being forgotten or abandonded so spends every moment of every day making sure that doesn't happen. if he's not hanging out with the guys, he makes sure he is still seen or heard, even if it means appearing like an idiot. so that is peter pretty much!

FRIENDS well if you hadn't guessed by now that james, remus and sirius are like his brothers then i guess you haven't been reading very well. other than them though, i can imagine he doesn't really have many other close friends. maybe a couple of gryffindor girls or notable guys so he can have more attention, but other than that he would be pretty secretive around anyone else. being friends with them literally defines him so i can't imagine he'd have a lot of time to spend with other people.

ENEMIES well, aside from the few people that he bullies along with the others, this area is open. it could be anyone really, he doesn't have an automatic hatred for anyone. he likes power and if you have it he respects you, even if he might keep that respect to himself whilst other people are around. and

LOVERS hmm. i don't know. i was thinking perhaps a slytherin/ravenclaw girl seeing the advantage of having someone on the inside of the 'good guys' on her side? teaching him all about blood traitors and such? someone with a bit of power to intice him into his eventual post-hogwarts downfall? other than that he lives vicariously through his friends so doesn't really have much of a love life to speak of. so there we have it. plot away!

but wait, that hasn't happened yet! hey person who i live my life to impress in some way or another. i basically think you are like a god and cannot believe i've somehow managed to convince you to be my friend, but at this moment i do not want that to change one bit.

defo melefo! i can see them being friends, partnering up when sirius isn't around to distract her attentions. he knows that he'll never be able to compete, and he wouldn't want to, so instead he is happy to just be her friend and secretly oggle her from afar. xD

bless his little cotton socks <3 so i believe that marlene would think he's a cute, nice guy. she may have speculations about how he became friends with james, sirius and remus but whatever, she's not one to judge. although i don't think they would be super dooper close friends, i think that they'd still talk and that. do homework together and chat in class. either way, i think that marley would think of him as another brother more than anything (:

ha! he also has those speculations so he wouldn't be surprised if someone else did. but yeah, i'm thinking they would be in that friends by proxy situation. they are friends with each others friends and thus are friendly themselves. he would be happy to sit next her to in classes and stuff though, make little jokes about the teacher with her and just be like a tamer version of the rest of the group, but still in a childish/boyish way. so yeah, friends it is! <3
