" You know what I've realized about my friends lately? They're all far too interested in their own romantic entanglements. I refuse to get involved in the web of romance and deceit, to be perfectly honest. I think even from a young age, I've been very hands off. I was not the kind of girl to enjoy listening to fairytales, no matter how much my mom and dad read them to me. I don't believe in happily ever after, and frankly I think it makes me a much more level-headed sort of girl.

But it's not my fault ninety percent of people are idiots and tick me off, is it? I can't explain why I've got a temper it's just something that I've always had. Luckily for me it doesn't mean I don't have friends--because I typically tend to be extremely loyal to the point of fighting in defense of my friends because of this quality. Personally, I think it's admirable."
