Four boys stood silently in front of a brick wall, three quarters of the way between platforms nine and ten. Each of them had held a trolley in front of them, with a large dark trunk placed on top each. Three of them had owl cage, two had brooms and one even held a cat basket. But each of them wore the exact same expression of anticipation as they looked ahead at the wall in front of them, as if the other side held some great adventure.

“Lets make this year unforgettable,” the tall handsome dark haired boy said, flashing a grin the boy on his left, who wore glasses and had messy black hair.

"Padfoot,” he replied, returning the other boys mischievous grin. “I proclaim this, our most reckless year yet". They all laughed, apart from the boy on the far right. He seemed a little more anxious than the rest, and gave them all a worrying glance, as if to remind them that there was something else they should be worrying about other than the reckless behaviour they were already planning on flaunting.

But the others ignored him, especially the boy on the far left who stood next to the boy with the glasses. He said nothing, but just seemed almost mesmerized by the two boys in the centre; he smiled and laughed along with everything they said.

“Shall we?” the one named Padfoot asked, giving them all a glance before the each took hold of their trolleys, pushed them in to the wall they had been facing, and disappeared.

The year is 1977, and the wizarding world is under attack. Every month there is a report of a new disappearance or gruesome death, and it is becoming more apparent that their world is no longer safe. However, within the walls of Hogwarts, the students carry on as normal under the watchful eye of Albus Dumbledore. There is just one difference; this year marks the last of four boys—Peter Pettigrew, Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and James Potter, and they plan to go out the a bang. Starting with a fireworks display over the lake, the boys are getting more and more adventurous with their pranks, even holding events to celebrate the end of Hogwarts, with the next one planned for all hallows eve. But with the ever growing threat outside the walls of Hogwarts, it is not long until they will all face their one week of danger.
