So I am not going to bore you with details, because I am pretty sure we are all familiar with this character here, Lily Evans, the future wife of James Potter and the Mother to a certain boy of lives? However currently, she is not even in a relationship with Potter and the thoughts of kids are the furthest thing from her mind. Right now, she is focused on school, friends and maybe a little romance, just like every other seventeen year old girl, cos currently Lily is only seventeen. She is however, very mature for her age and sometimes can be a bit of a stick in the mud. Still every so often, she lets her hair down and has some fun, especially at these events which she jumps at the chance to attend, desperate to savor the last year of Hogwarts with her closest friends. Other than that, she is driven. She has set her sights at becoming a healer and is going to go after it with full vigour. But really, Lily is generally a warm and friendly person. She is defiantly will be the mother-hen of the group, and loves to support people and nothing makes her happier than to see the people she cares about happy. As for James…well lets say she currently thinks he is still an arrogant toad, but she is warming to him, seeing him more as a friend…rather than somebody she needs to constantly avoid. FOR FRIENDS, lily is a friendly soul, and always willing to lend a helping hand and a shoulder to cry on. I am really typical and can see her being really close with her dorm-mates, and then generally friends with all the people in her house and year. AS FOR ENEMIES, that would pretty much cover anybody in the Sytherin house, or who carries pureblood ideals. As a muggleborn, she has got a lot of slack from them, and has generally become more and more repelled by them everyday. Not to mention, she detests the black magic they worship…simply she will never mix will with them. THEN LOVES, well she will marry James, and is currently falling for him, though she wont admit it. But there is room for pasts, and crushes. So really, hit me with anything.

ahahaha alice does have her moments where she kind of explodes~ just 'cause she's so sweet & innocent & doesn't do it often, it all builds up until alice can't contain it & she just shouts at everyone & everything but doesn't mean a word of what she says. but yeah, alice would feel rather iffy about lily going to hit frank but she wouldn't exactly stop her. when alice finally has enough lily would have to physically restrain her, ahahaha. |

james refuses to be compared to that. he actually likes alice, so for once i'd imagine him and lily actually agreeing over something! mebbe a little.

ALICE - aww bless them both. but yes..I could see Lily loosing it just before Alice does, slapping him and then grabbing Alice's hand and dragging her away, to cheer her up. <3
JAMES - oh god..i think the world might end. but maybe that is how lily can warm to him. she has always seen him as this arrogant toad, who just picks on her childhood friend. but i think after he saved Snape...and now stands up for Alice, I think lily might just say yes if he asks her out after all that <3

LILY IS BAMF. for so long, i have been looking for a hp marauders era site which uses karen gillan and matt smith as lily and james and i found one finally! anyway, off topic. so i think these two defs need to be friends. mainly because i was reading deathly hallows today and lily spoke of the mckinnon's dying and about how upset she was, so i just assumed they were quite close friends. i'm jumping into the depressing stage which comes four years from now so i'm just going to shut up. well, these two would have been dorm-mates for the past seven years so marlene would definitely see lily as a sister or one of her bfff's (best fucking friends forever - pineapple express?). i think that marlene would be one of those people who encourage her to let her hair down and have a good time. she would most likely mention how cute james' ass is every now and then, just to jokingly piss lily off. because everyone knows they need to be together.

oh stick with us, me and zoe are obsessed with karen/matt as lily/james!! But yes, Marls/Lils have to be super close friends, because I always see them as the ships for James and Sirius, I have this au character, and she is the daughter of sirius/marlene, so i ship them!! SO YES! i think they should have bonded in the first year, maybe she could have heard lily crying over what her sister had said to lily before she bored the train, and Marls could have comforted her, and ever since they had just got on like a house on fire. Lily can help her keep up with homework, and Marls can help Lily have an active social life. so yes, I vote an amazing best friends...and Lily can cry a river when she dies </3.
ps. lily will probs agree on how cute James arse is, but then probably make a negative comment on his personality! |

finally, people who are logical x]. that au character sounds amazing; ever since deathly hallows mentioned the mckinnon's, i've always thought there had to be some sort of ship going on somewhere. poor lily, but i like that idea, i'd imagine that marlene has always been very compassionate towards lily. it seems like a win win situation when these two are friends, yay homework and a social life! and well, we all know how gorgeous matt smith is, along with his arse.
