 hello all! this here is marlene mckinnon and she went as a christmas present for halloween (: mmkay, so she's seventeen years old and in gryffindor. not a prefect or in the quidditch team, she is just a pretty badass witch. you know those annoying people who can study for exams five minutes before and still manage to ace it? well that's marlene and she likes making people feel jealous about that fact. but she sucks at quidditch and isn't prefect material so that sort of adds up. also, she dies in about four years but let's focus on the now. hagrid once said "the mckinnon's were among the most powerful wizards of all time" so that explains a lot about marlene. a lot of people call her marley because she believes her name is quite old fashioned and that's what she gets called when she's in trouble. she has four older brothers and one younger brother, loving them all immensely. for the first few years of school she was this flat chested kid who got a's in all of her classes, so i could imagine her getting taunted a lot. but then the puberty fairy was kind to her and bam, boobs and boys. she's got a way with the guys and they wait on her hand and foot in hope of a snog. generally, they'll get one but this "special treatment" is the reason she's quite shallow. you know, having the whole "i'm gorgeous and i know it" attitude. you could call her a very carefree and almost reckless person, she doesn't think too much about things before she does them. a lot of girls think she's a bit of a skank because she makes out with a fair few guys but she calls that "experimenting for the future" or some crap. if you look past all that junk, then you will find she's actually a good person. being a gryffindor, she's extremely loyal and brave, her friends being the most important thing to her in the world. she treats her friends like they're family. over the years she has learned to become more compassionate to others so she's good for a chat now days. trustworthy, friendly, outgoing yada yada yada. let's just say she has more good qualities than bad ones. she's the type to give people way too much information about things (like sex advice etc.) and has absolutely no shame. once a slytherin girl burned a hole through her pants and she just shrugged and kept on walking despite people laughing at her. although she taunts slytherin's for fun, she doesn't believe they're all bad. she also thinks some of the slytherin boys have cute asses so there you go. anyway, so friends, enemies, lovers...hit her up!

sirius is strangely attracted to her and gets unbelievably jealous whenever she is with other boys - but will he ever actually admit it? probably not.
